LUNAR ECLIPSE, UK 2007
TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE, HANTS UK 3rd/4th MARCH 2007
Here is a selection of photographs taken during the 3 hour cycle of the Lunar Eclipse of 3rd & 4th March 2007.
The eclipse began at 21.30 as the Earths shadow began to cover the moon, with the total phase occurring at 22.44 until 23.58.
The partial phase of the eclipse ended at 01.12 on March 4th UK time.
Fortunately the night of the event was ideal with virtually all of the UK experiencing clear skies, which obviously made documenting the eclipse more straightforward.
